4.1 PAYMENT SYSTEM: You can book a visit to our facilities via the internet, using our appointments managers Bookitit, using http://www.bookitit.com. This easy to use, secure system allows you to pay for your reservation by credit card and at no time are your bank or transaction details available to the employees of JAMONES EIRIZ JABUGO. 4.2 CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION: You may cancel your reservation, in writing, by emailing JAMONES EIRIZ JABUGO at rutadeljabugo@jamoneseiriz.com. However, you must cancel your reservation not less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment date and time to receive a reimbursement of your reservation fee less a 10% administration charge. Fees will not be reimbursed if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before that appointment. 4.3 DELAYS: In order to ensure the enjoyment of the full tour by all of our guests we request that you arrive in good time to start the tour. If you are unfortunately delayed, we shall start the initial part of the tour to the countryside home of our pigs promptly and you will be asked to wait in our cellar to begin the second part of the visit to our cellar and later to the tastings.
